The Natural 90 is a deliberately untypical P90. It got the Natural 90 name by having tonality that reminds us of big bodied archtops much more than solid bodies. It is designed specifically for jazz and blues players. It offers sounds beautiful warm cleans and it sounds fabulous with gentle bluesy overdrives but the deeply scooped midrange means that some caution is required with heavy crunch tones and screaming leads. The heavy gauge coil wire is what provides the low DCR values but don't be fooled into thinking it has low output. There is plenty of volume here.
